Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days

Orders are not shipped on weekends. You will be contacted directly if there is an order delay due to stock issues or fraud. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is free on all orders above $25.00 in the continental United States and subject to fees for orders $24.99 and below, as well as all orders shipping outside of the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive your order confirmation when your order is made, and order tracking information when your shipment is mailed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Maple Holistics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Maple Holistics is not responsible for damage to orders placed on unauthorized or brand-affiliated platforms.
